TERMS & CONDITIONS — DigitOraWorks

1. Payments
Small tasks require 50% advance. Large projects require 30% advance.
Remaining amount must be paid after final delivery.
International payments supported via PayPal / Wise (if needed).
Other payment methods are: JazzCash, Easypaisa or Bank Transfer
2. Delivery Time
Normal delivery time: 1–2 days (depending on project size).
Urgent tasks will have extra charges.
3. Revisions Policy
Minor changes → Free
Major changes → May cost extra
Unlimited revisions only for packages where mentioned
Revisions do NOT include: Complete redesign and New ideas outside the original brief
4. Refund Policy
Work not started → Full refund
Work started → Partial refund based on progress
Work delivered → No refund
5. Project Cancellation
If client becomes unresponsive for 48 hours, project will be paused.
After 5 days of no response, project is considered cancelled (no refunds).
6. Client Responsibilities
Client must provide: Clear instructions , Required files (images, text, documents) and Correct spellings and data Any mistake caused by wrong client data is not our responsibility.
7. Privacy & Confidentiality
All client files and data are kept 100% private. No information is shared with any third party.
8. Communication
All communication through: Instagram DM, Facebook Page Inbox, LinkedIn Messages. Work starts after confirmation + advance payment.
9. Usage Rights
Client gets full rights to use the delivered work. DigitOraWorks may showcase the project in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
